All of our loose diamonds and signature bridal pieces are accompanied by a grading report from reputable labs such as the GIA or IGI to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Elite Jewelers Group LLC ships worldwide via insured express couriers. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How can I ensure I am ordering the correct ring size?
We provide a complimentary ring sizer via mail upon request. Additionally, we offer one free resizing service within the first 60 days of purchase for most standard ring settings.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Every piece from Elite Jewelers Group LLC includes a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of center stones.
